Our People.
Having received his call to the Law Society of Manitoba and the Law Society of Upper Canada, he is well-versed in inter-provincial matters. Joel completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Winnipeg and earned his law degree from the University of Cardiff in Wales. He completed his Canadian legal education at the University of Manitoba.
Joel is the founder of Samphir Law. As the managing principal, Joel is responsible for all operations and business development. Joel’s preferred areas of practice include, residential and commercial real estate, wills and estate administration, and commercial and business legal matters.
He received his law degree from the University of Toronto after completing his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Winnipeg. He is a member of the New York State Bar and American Bar Associations as well as being registered with the Canadian College of Immigration Consultants.
Michael is the senior immigration counsel and limits his practice solely to Canadian immigration matters.
